Agro-X is managed by Group Solum Inc.

By using our website or submitting information to us, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use a small number of cookies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device.

Analytics cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies that help us understand how visitors use our website. Google processes this data, including in the United States.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies.

We do not use advertising cookies.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address to Google. If you play the video on our home page, it is loaded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. However, disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our website.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

5. Employment Applications

When you apply for employment with Agro-X through our careers page, your application goes to the Group Solum hiring team. We collect and process information necessary for recruitment purposes, including:

• Resume/CV and cover letter
• Work history, education, and professional qualifications
• References and background check information (with your consent)
• Interview notes and assessments

Your application is stored in the Group Solum console. It runs on Supabase and Vercel in the United States, so your application may be processed under the laws of the United States. The hiring team gets an email with your name, the job and a link, and we send you an email confirming we have your application.

This information is used solely for evaluating your candidacy and will be retained according to applicable employment laws. If you are not selected, your information may be kept on file for future opportunities (unless you request deletion).

Job alerts: if you tick the box on the application form, Group Solum Inc. emails you when new jobs open at its companies. These emails are optional, and every one has a link to stop them.

6. Messages You Send Us

When you send us a message through the form on our home page, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and your message.

Your message is stored in the Group Solum console, the system our staff use. It runs on Supabase and Vercel in the United States, so your message may be processed under the laws of the United States.

Our staff get an email saying a message arrived, with a link to it. The message itself stays in the console.

We use your message only to answer you. We keep it for up to two years, then delete it.

We do not send newsletters or run advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list. The only optional emails are the job alerts described in section 5, and only if you ask for them.

7. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your information with:

• Group Solum Inc., which manages Agro-X and runs our hiring and our console
• Service Providers: companies that host our website and console (Vercel, Supabase), deliver our email, and provide analytics (Google)
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal information
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
